Waiting on the city!

good afternoon! a little update regarding the house. we now have our plans back from engineering and are going to go to the city for our permits. So exciting, that in most likely, 3 weeks, we will be able to get forms done and pour the slab, oh yeah, and bid out for plumbing. I want to make sure we use a reputable plumbing company as you don't want to have plumbing issues with a new house, but i also want to make sure that the pricing is competitive. as soon as we get our final architect drawings i will post them for you to look at. we are very excited about this modern craftsman style home. check out our builder at www.alleanzacustomhomes.com and our architect at www.riceresidentialdesign.com.
