last week we had M&G Excavators come out and begin to take out the 2 fet of dirt for the pad of the house and they are supposed to put the 2 feet back in to the pad and compact it down to the proper compaction percent. The testing company is coming tomorrow afternoon to test the compaction and give us the thumbs up on getting forms built. We are still waiting on the city, but should hear this week. so building the forms is next, then once the city says OK, we can pour the slab. After slab is built it goes pretty quickly with framing and then it starts to take shape.
